So funny you mention this because I just discovered this yesterday. And now it makes sense why so few of my pawn quests get completed. I'd gotten most of my gold so from just selling off stuff I collect and by taking pawn quests. Once in a while I'd find a pawn in the rift with one of those "random item for 10k" or "random arrow for 12 onyx/jasper" quests and I'd favorite that pawn and rehire them every once in a while. But since I switched to Wayfarer I've been spending far too much money on outfits so I decided to see if I could find more of those pawns and then stumbled on the monthly rankings and...wow! Spent about 30 mins hiring pawns and completing their quests and made like 500k. It definitely kills the quest system if people just exploit it. I'm glad I didn't discover it on my first playthrough because the pawn quest loop and having to be mindful of how much money you're spending on ferrystones/armor/upgrades is part of what makes the game so great, imo.
